You can offer them our voluntary insurance benefits at little or no cost to you.

  • The Aetna MedSureSM Plan, our fully insured PPO plan, meets the minimum value and minimum essential coverage requirements of the Affordable Care Act. It's offered with the Aetna Fixed BenefitsSM Plan so employees have access to first-dollar coverage to help offset a high-deductible health plan.

  • Aetna Fixed BenefitsSM Plans pay fixed cash payments for specific covered services. They can help to cover some of the costs of doctor visits, hospital stays or prescriptions. They also can help to cover the everyday expenses that arise when employees have to get medical care.

  • Aetna dental and vision plans are available through the employer offering. These ancillary products are not available on the exchanges.

  • Our system supports online enrollment, eligibility, payroll deduction and 1095-B reporting. It's provided at no additional cost when certain underwriting requirements are met.
