Your retirees get an annual Healthy Home Visit with a licensed provider who will come to their home or see them virtually (online), at no added cost. The provider can discuss any health concerns, complete a fall risk assessment, recommend screenings and create a personalized care plan.

Resources For Living helps connect your retirees with services in their communities, such as caregiver support, meal and in-home care services, volunteer activities, transportation and more. Your retirees won’t pay for the call — they only pay for the cost (if any) of services they choose to use.
