Tips for getting the most from these materials

All of these materials are print ready. Here are some suggestions for using them.

E-mail: Attach the flyer to the e-mail to provide additional information about the program.

Flyer: Distribute at on-site events, attach it to an e-mail or post on your company intranet site. 

Postcard: Distribute by direct mail to the home or through interoffice mail.

Poster: Hang in common areas of your company. 

Promotional copy: Use the copy to create newsletter articles, intranet articles or letters you can send to employees.

Web banners: Post these banners on your company’s intranet site.
