Consider a flu shot – it’s safe and effective

Consider a flu shot – it’s safe and effective

Did you know the flu shot prevents tens of thousands of hospitalizations each year?* It’s why everyone six months and older should get their annual flu shot, with few exceptions.*

The flu is a serious respiratory illness. It’s more common in the winter when most of us are indoors. But the flu season actually starts in early fall and can last until April or May. Getting your flu shot before the season hits gives you the best shot at protecting yourself and your family.
