Maintenance drugs sent right to your home
Do you take medicine every day for diabetes, asthma or another condition? These are called maintenance medicines. If you take medicine like this, you can get up to a 90-day supply delivered directly to your home. Or anywhere else you choose.
Home delivery is a fast and convenient way to get the medicines you need. And it’s included with your pharmacy benefits and insurance plan.
If you already get medicines delivered, you can log in to your secure member account to request a prescription refill.
The perks of home delivery
- Get more -- Depending on your plan, you can get up to a 90-day supply of medicine instead of a 30-day supply. And standard shipping is always free.
- Save time – Refill your prescriptions just once every three months — with no trips to the pharmacy. You can re-order online, by phone or by mail.
- Don’t worry -- Registered pharmacists check all orders for accuracy. Your medicine is securely packed, then mailed quickly to you. If you have an emergency, you can call our pharmacists anytime.
Here's how to get started
Choose one of these ways to get started with home delivery.
Use your secure member account
Log in to your secure account.
Call us at the number on your ID card, and we’ll contact your doctor for you. It’ll speed the process if you let your doctor know we’ll be calling. The doctor may still want to see you before giving us your prescription.
Mail an order form and prescription
Ask your doctor to write two prescriptions for your maintenance drug:
- A 30-day supply for you to fill at your local pharmacy
- A 90-day supply (with three refills)
Fill out the order form. Then mail it to us with your 90-day prescription. Be sure to include your method of payment. The return address is noted on the form.
Have your doctor send a fax
Ask your doctor to fax us a completed order form and a 90-day prescription. The fax number is right on the form. The cover sheet should include your member ID number, date of birth and mailing address.
Note: Only your doctor can fax a prescription.
