    With your Aetna® plan, you get access to options that include virtual primary care and virtual mental health. Choices to fit your personal health needs. We have an extensive nationwide network of providers. Many provide virtual care, too. Check your benefits to learn what virtual care and telemedicine options are available to you. These options are available to plan members who've been enrolled in these programs.

    Your primary doctor may offer virtual visits. Someone you already know and trust for common care needs. You can speak with someone else if your doctor isn’t available.

    We’re here for you with a range of mental health virtual care options. Counselors, therapists and psychiatrists can offer caring support from the comfort of home.

    With CVS Virtual Care, we make it easy to get care. Tell us what you need and get matched up with trusted, in-network providers. Then, schedule a virtual visit for you and your family in minutes.

     

    You can access 24/7 care (for adults and children over 18 months) in minutes through the CVS® virtual clinic. Primary care and mental health appointments are available within a week. You can also get some services for $0 cost* depending on your health plan and deductible.

    Get care for things like:

     

    • Common illnesses: Cough, cold, flu, urinary tract infection (UTI), minor injuries and rashes.
    • Chronic conditions: Diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
    • Primary care: Preventive care, annual wellness, common illnesses and coordination with labs and specialists.
    • Mental health services:* Depression, anxiety, life changes (i.e. divorce, loss of loved one), psychiatric evaluation and addiction support.
    • Medication services: Prescription refills, birth control and medication management.
