Tannia: We invite them, our members, to call us and ask those questions.
Jayne: We like to make sure that the member has no other questions, whether it's on that specific reason for the call or any other benefit.
Tannia: We are their advocates.
Jayne: So advocating for our members really just means being there for them standing up for them. It's solving that issue for the member, it's not leaving the member to solve that issue on their own.
