    Your Medicare Supplement coverage can't be changed or canceled when you move anywhere within the United States, as long as you pay your premiums on time.

Eligibility checklist

You can apply if you:

 

  • Live in a state where we offer the policy
  • Have Medicare Parts A and B (and continue to pay your Part B premium)
  • Are age 65 or older or, in some states, under age 65 due to disability or end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
