Get an allowance each month to help pay for approved over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellness products. We’ll add the allowance to the Aetna Medicare Extra Benefits Card. And if you have a qualifying chronic condition, you can use the card to pay for certain other everyday expenses. Things like healthy foods, personal care products, rides, utility bills and more. 

For dental care, you can get a yearly allowance for certain non-Medicaid dental services at an in-network provider. For vision care, you can get an annual allowance to use toward glasses or contact lenses at an in-network provider. There’s also no copay if you go to your yearly eye exam at an in-network provider.

Your care manager works with you one-on-one to manage all parts of your care. They’re part of a team of nurses, therapists and other caregivers. They understand your health conditions and can help connect you to the care and services you need.

Do you take medicine regularly? You won’t have to pay any copays on Tier 1 and Tier 2 prescription drugs at in-network pharmacies.
