The Premier package for fully insured plans includes:
 
  • Healthy Lifestyle Coaching* — individual or group coaching that helps maintain healthy lifestyle behavior changes
Plus all Enhanced benefits:
 
  • Quarterly Aetna Get Active℠ challenges — team-based fitness and nutrition challenges throughout the year
  • Worksite biometric screenings** — help members identify their health risks
  • Incentives to motivate your plan members — includes a $100 family maximum incentive for completing certain programs***

  • Simple Steps To A Healthier Life® — an online health assessment tool to help set goals and identify potential risks
