Limitations

The information on Producer World is inherently limited in nature. This information may not be accurate or complete. It may change without notice. At times, Aetna will revise or update it.

Access to Producer World is not a guarantee or granting by Aetna that the producer:

Has an active state license
Is or will be appointed by Aetna
Has a guarantee of payment of commissions

The content on Producer World does not reflect all terms and conditions of a producer agreement with Aetna. All payment of commissions is subject to applicable laws, regulations and Aetna policies.

Compliance

Producer and its agents, subcontractors or other persons shall comply with all federal, state and municipal laws, regulations and administrative guidance on telemarketing. This includes but is not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Data security

At Aetna and our joint ventures, data security and member privacy are top priorities.

We require full-disk encryption on all broker devices that access or store Aetna or joint venture member data. That includes all laptops, PCs, smartphones, tablets or other devices. This helps reduce the risk of data exposure.

When you log in to this site, you agree to ensure that full disk encryption is installed and activated.

Please don't attempt to disable or bypass any security or encryption features on Producer World. This violates Aetna policies, and we may disable your account.

Producer statement

I have been or will be issued a unique user ID. I certify that I have been authorized to perform the functions and access the information on Producer World.

In some parts of Producer World, I may have access to proprietary and confidential information. This may include:

Personal commission data
Confidential rating data
Aetna specific enrollment material
Confidential underwriting guidelines

I understand that it's strictly prohibited to share any of this information without the written consent of Aetna.

I agree to keep my user ID for my use, only, and to not share it with others for any reason.

A great carrier/broker relationship can reduce member confusion. It can also help guide members to their best health coverage options.

We want to continue to provide service and insight that puts the member at the center of all we do. As such, we must first align on our shared expectations:

Aetna CVS Health^® brokers work directly with all their clients to explain coverage options and recommend a plan based on consumer best fit.
Consumers get accurate information through the sales and enrollment process. This includes in advertising.
We work together to adhere to these guidelines. We uphold these requirements with the highest level of ethics.
As partners, we provide our shared clients with peace of mind through accessible, affordable, comprehensive health care coverage.
