Hey, guys. I'm world-champion volleyball player Rachael Adams, and I'm here to introduce the Attain Game challenge Pack on the Pounds.
All you need is a backpack and your heaviest items in your house that can fit inside your backpack. So what I love to do is I love to grab my backpack, and what you're gonna do is you're gonna put this on your back once it's all full and take it on your walk. It's just gonna amp up your walk, add a little more intensity, and kind of get the blood flowing, get the body moving, and it's gonna be a really good challenge.
So what I like to do is I grab my backpack. And you can take canned goods. I like to add double canned goods 'cause they're extra heavy. You can do juice, almond milk, other little bottles. I like to add double almond milk. Water bottles that are nice and full. And I know you have a lot of them laying around the house all those books that you have. Put them in the backpack.
Then we're gonna zipper up, I'm gonna show you how I take my backpack on a walk and all the other exercises I can use with my backpack. Alright, guys, come along with me.
So whenever you get to a stop sign, a stoplight, or you're waiting to cross the street, add in a little body-weight workout.

Do not attempt the Attain Games challenges if you have a medical condition that will be affected, or if your doctor advises you not to take part in physical activity. There may be an opportunity for you to earn the same reward by different means.
