World-champion diver and mental health advocate David Boudia shows you how to have the most relaxing marathon of your life in today’s Attain Games challenge, the Mindfulness Marathon. The goal is 26.2 minutes of mindfulness, in whatever forms you choose: meditate, take an unplugged walk around your neighborhood, break out your favorite yoga moves. And remember this is a marathon, not a sprint (so take your time).


Do not attempt the Attain Games challenges if you have a medical condition that will be affected, or if your doctor advises you not to take part in physical activity. There may be an opportunity for you to earn the same reward by different means.
