Hey, everybody. I'm national champion climber Kyra Condie, and this is Pika. And I'm here to show you today's Attain Games challenge. It's called the Staircase Squats. All you have to do is do a single squat on every stair on the way up and then do the same thing on the way down. I’ll show you.
Now that I've finished that exercise, I thought I'd share a little bit about what I like to do to cool down. I like to sit down, listen to music, and stretch a little bit.

It’s simple: Take a step up on your staircase, squat, take another step. Repeat up and down the stairs until your legs feel like jelly. Don’t have stairs? Try these squats on the sidewalk, in your yard or at a local park. Your neighbors might look at you a little funny — or they might join you!
Do not attempt the Attain Games challenges if you have a medical condition that will be affected, or if your doctor advises you not to take part in physical activity. There may be an opportunity for you to earn the same reward by different means.
