Hi, everyone. It's Tatayana McFadden, a world champion and a major marathon winner. And I'm here to bring you today's Attain Games challenge, the Container Circuit. So grab whatever that you have around your house. It could be laundry detergent, it could be a juice carton, or it could be a milk jug -- whatever that you have at home. You ready? Let's go.
So the first one, we're gonna work on our triceps. So we're gonna take the container like this, we're gonna hold it straight in the air, and we're gonna go back. Up and down, up and down.
The next exercise, we're actually gonna do the curls with our containers. So you're gonna grab onto it firmly, have it next to your waist. Just gonna go down and up.
Okay, so for the next exercise, we are going to take our containers like this, and you're going to have your arm next to your hip like this, and you're just gonna go up and down, up and down.
Okay, so for this last exercise, it's gonna be a little bit challenging. It's gonna be a push-up with a cross body with the container that you decided to choose for your workout today. So it is going to look something like this. You can lay your container down flat. And you will do a push-up, and then you'll slide the container over, and you'll do a push-up, slide the container over.
