Paying your premium invoice
Your premium is the amount of money you pay each month to have health insurance. We’ll send you an invoice (which is like a bill) that says the amount you need to pay. This is called a premium invoice.
Mailing your payment: The address that you send your premium payment to may be different now. Check your invoice. You’ll need to use the PO Box address shown on your invoice.
Paying your bill online through your bank: Do you pay your monthly premium online through your bank? You’ll need to tell your bank to use the new PO Box address.
