About your OTC plan
Your OTC benefit is administered by OTC Health Solutions® (OTCHS). Your benefit comes with a preloaded Aetna Medicare Payment card administered by PayFlex (now Inspira Financial). It will be reloaded every quarter.
- Quarters start on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
- Certain items have special limits.
- There are no returns or exchanges allowed.
- You can call OTCHS to cancel an order up to 30 minutes after your order.
- Any unused benefit amount does not carry over to the next quarter.

Three ways to order
Order online
Go online at CVS.com/otchs/myorder to log in or register for an account. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to register for an online account using your Aetna® member ID number and your email. You’ll see your OTC benefit amount and items that are available for you to order. They will deliver your items by mail at no additional cost to you.

Shop in store
Visit any CVS® store to pay with your Aetna Medicare Payment Card by PayFlex. To find the closest location, just visit CVS.com/storelocator. CVS Pharmacy® locations inside Target® stores and grocery stores are not included. Not all items are available in all stores.
