About your OTC plan

Your OTC benefit is administered by OTC Health Solutions® (OTCHS). Your benefit comes with a preloaded Aetna Medicare Payment card administered by PayFlex (now Inspira Financial). It will be reloaded every quarter.

  • Quarters start on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
  • Certain items have special limits.  
  • There are no returns or exchanges allowed.
  • You can call OTCHS to cancel an order up to 30 minutes after your order.
  • Any unused benefit amount does not carry over to the next quarter.
