You’ve got this

We know COVID-19 has tested you in ways you could never have imagined. Just remember you’re not alone. With Time for Care, you’ve got support and digital resources for the unique challenges you may be facing as a woman. So you can take care of you.

Hey there. How are you holding up?

Hey there. How are you holding up?

The last year has been unlike any other, and it’s okay if you’re feeling completely overwhelmed. It’s okay if you feel like you’re drowning. And it’s okay if you don’t feel like talking to your family, friends or coworkers about it.

We started Time for Care to reach out to people in this incredibly tough time. As part of this free program, we’re providing a special set of digital, communal conversations just for women. We call these conversations Here 4 U.

Many women, particularly mothers and caregivers, may feel abandoned or betrayed by society, and they’re facing an even greater set of challenges. So we’re also providing sessions dedicated to Black/African American women, mothers and mothers of special-needs children.

A place to talk

We all need a place to share how we’re feeling. And it might be easier to open up in a group of your peers. Past Here 4 U sessions helped uplift young adults 18 to 24 years old. Now we’re lending support to another group heavily affected by COVID-19.

Any woman age 18 and older can register by choosing one of the times below.
