Aetna is providing access for most Medicare Advantage members to telemedicine through network providers who wish to see patients virtually.We also offer access via Teladoc®, MinuteClinic Video Visit™ and E-Clinic Visits. You should consider telemedicine as an option to limit potential exposure to COVID-19 in physician offices.
Medicare Advantage members may use telemedicine for any reason, not just COVID-19 diagnosis.
