  • Network providers who deliver virtual care, such as over-the-phone care and live videoconferencing
  • Teladoc® options through the Aetna Health app
  • Other virtual care apps or services provided as part of your plan

Speak with a doctor through Teladoc

*Fully Insured plan sponsors, if your plan provides telemedicine benefits, then costs will be waived.
*Self-insured plan sponsors will be able to opt-out of this program at their discretion.

Regulations regarding telemedicine services and care package availability for Aetna Medicaid members varies by state and, in some cases, are changing in light of the current situation. Aetna Medicaid members with questions about their benefits are encouraged to call the members services phone numbers on the back of their ID cards.
