Easy Pay from Aetna is a fast and easy way to pay your premium. Each month on the due date, funds are automatically withdrawn from your checking account. However, the Easy Pay feature is not available in New York.
Why? Easy Pay saves you money by eliminating the cost of checks, envelopes or postage. Plus, you don’t have to worry about your plan premium being late or getting lost in the mail.
Who? Anybody who’s currently enrolled or has been accepted into an Aetna individual health insurance plan may apply for Easy Pay. As long as you have a checking account and are a customer in good standing, you may participate in this billing plan.
When? Easy Pay billing starts on either the 1st or 15th of the month following the last invoice on record. Please continue to mail in your payments until you receive notification that you are enrolled in Easy Pay.

You will not receive a paper invoice when you are enrolled in Easy Pay. Payments will appear on your bank statement as “Aetna Autodebit Coverage.”
