Complaint and grievance process reminder

 

Rhode Island Rule 230 RICR 020-30-9 requires that we annually give providers a description of the complaint and grievance process that is available to both members and providers. Our description also provides guidance for distinguishing a complaint/grievance from a benefits determination appeal, and the rights associated with each.
