Small business employers can pay their Innovation Health premium by clicking on the link below. This link will take you to the Aetna Payment System where you will be asked to enter account, payment and contact information.
Multicarrier clients: Please submit separate payments for each carrier and include specific invoice numbers to which you want a payment applied. Otherwise, we will allocate your payment based on the proportion of your bill that applies to each type of plan (Innovation Health and Aetna).
For example: We have billed you $5,000 over multiple invoices. Of this, 80% was billed for Innovation Health plans and 20% was billed for Aetna plans. You sent one payment of $2,500 without providing an invoice number, or you provided only one invoice number. We would apply $2,000 (80% of your payment) to your Innovation Health invoices and $500 (20% of your payment) to your Aetna invoices.
This bill payment system services Aetna Life Insurance Company and affiliated companies, and also services Innovation Health (together, Aetna).
