This custom site will provide quick, easy access to your employer's specific plans, as well as to some pertinent services and programs from the public Aetna site. The network of health care providers available for these plans were designed and selected for Pasadena Independent School District. Aetna administers this network on behalf of Pasadena Independent School District.

Plan I - Aetna Aexcel Choice POSII plan with Copayment and Coinsurance Options. With this option, you can choose from a wide range of hospitals and specialists, including the 12 designated Aexcel specialist categories, which are noted with a blue star beside their name.	To locate providers in the Aetna select network: Select "Aexcel Choice POSII Open Access"
Plan II - Aetna Choice POSII (Aetna HealthFund) with higher Deductible and Coinsurance Options. With this option, you can choose from a wide range of hospitals and providers. Aetna will use your Health Fund Account before you have to pay towards your deductible.	To locate providers in the Aetna select network: Select "Aetna Choice POSII (Aetna HealthFund)"
Plan IV - Open Access Aetna Select (Aetna HealthFund) with higher Deductible and Coinsurance Options. This option is a Narrow Network that provides Inpatient and Outpatient Benefits payable ONLY at Memorial Hermann, St.Luke's and HCA hospitals/facilities.There is no out-of-network COVERAGE, except in the case of an emergency. Aetna will use your Health Fund Account before you have to pay towards your deductible.	To locate providers with admit privileges to the 3 Custom network hospital systems, select "Plan IV Open Access Aetna Select (Aetna HealthFund) (Aetna Preferred Network)" To locate all other providers and ancillary providers in the Houston area (i.e. DME, Freestanding X-ray Labs, Home Health Care, etc.), select "Plan IV Open Access Aetna Select (Aetna HealthFund)"
Plan V Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network (Aetna HealthFund) - with the same coinsurance and deductible as Plans II and IV. This option provides Inpatient and Outpatient Benefits payable ONLY at Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network hospitals and facilities in Houston. Members may also access any of the over 2,700 physicians in the Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network in Houston. Members selecting this product do not have access to the various Aetna Networks available in Plans I, II, and IV. Members must use the limited Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network. There is no out-of-network coverage, except in the case of an emergency. Aetna will use your Health Fund Account before you have to pay towards your deductible.	To locate providers in the Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network: Select Plan V Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network (Aetna HealthFund)
