If you want to grow personally, as well as professionally, then now is the time to consider Aetna. How to Qualify Here’s what we’d like to see in your background:
We think our program is one of the best you’ll find anywhere. But don’t just take our word for it. Here’s feedback from two recent graduate summer associates who have joined Aetna as full-time employees: Graeme Pena, Enterprise Strategic Planning Darden School of Business, University of Virginia “My internship in Aetna's Enterprise Strategic Planning group surpassed my expectation in terms of the quality of work and the exposure to senior leaders. Among the highlights of my experience: on my first day, I was asked to complete a revenue model that was used to validate a consultant's recommendations; my third day I was sitting in a meeting with the CEO of a company being evaluated for a partnership; and during the first three weeks I was knee-deep in helping to prepare Aetna's strategic plan for the Board of Directors. Plus, during my second month, I attended a dinner with the CEO and his Executive Committee.” Natasha Khouri, Office of Public Policy Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard University “My experience at Aetna exceeded my expectations. I liked participating in a structured program, where we got the opportunity to learn from a number of different leaders. So many Aetna employees reached out to me over the summer to help me learn more about the company and the opportunities here. My mentor brought me into meetings and projects to broaden my experience – and gave me consistent feedback on my work. I've gotten a clearer picture of what I like to do and what I want to be involved in after graduation.” How to Apply
