Founded in 1976 and based in South Carolina, we have grown to be one of the largest administrators of health care and related benefits for employees who are typically excluded from company-sponsored benefit plans. We seek to help those who might otherwise have no insurance coverage at all.

Today, our products are offered to 1,200 plan sponsors ranging from the small business owner with a single location to companies with over 4,500 locations. We are a one stop shop with all administrative functions performed in our Columbia, South Carolina, and Bismarck, North Dakota, locations – including Account Management, Customer Service (in any language), Claims Processing, Data Operations, Premium Administration and Client Implementation.
