Our History
Founded in 1976 and based in South Carolina, we have grown to be one of the largest administrators of health care and related benefits for employees who are typically excluded from company-sponsored benefit plans. We seek to help those who might otherwise have no insurance coverage at all.

Our plans provide individuals and their families with limited benefits for many of their most frequent health care expenses. Benefits are provided up to specified limits and vary by plan. All plan offerings include additional discounts and can be enhanced with pharmaceutical benefits, wellness and additional services.

Today, our products are offered to 1,200 plan sponsors ranging from the small business owner with a single location to companies with over 4,500 locations. We are a one stop shop with all administrative functions performed in our Columbia, South Carolina, and Bismarck, North Dakota, locations including Account Management, Customer Service (in any language), Claims Processing, Data Operations, Premium Administration and Client Implementation.

Our Offering
