  • Check on several members in a single call.
  • Check coverage and benefits at the ADA code level. Choose to hear the information or have it faxed.
  • Obtain ADA code descriptions (such as "0120, Periodic Oral Exam"). Choose to hear the information or have it faxed.
  • Receive a general breakdown of a member's benefits. Choose to hear the information or have it faxed.
  • Find out the member's group number and the primary care dentist's name. Choose to hear the information or have it faxed.
  • Check the status of a claim(s). Choose to hear the information or have it faxed.
  • Obtain a claim mailing address
  • Opt out to a Customer Service Professional if needed
