Pre-65/Early Retirees

Post-65/Medicare-Eligible Retirees

• Aetna Golden Medicare Plan^® (HMO) and Aetna Golden Choice™ Plan (Preferred Provider Benefit Plan) options - both available with Medicare prescription drug coverage including a complete health and pharmacy coverage solution
• Large provider networks for our Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans. These plans are available in specific service areas. Contact us for details.
• Aetna Medicare Open^SM Plan (Private Fee For Service) option - a non-network based plan, available to plan sponsors' retirees in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Available to plan sponsors with more than 50 eligible Medicare beneficiaries.
