Give employees the benefits of managed care and the freedom to go directly to health care professionals and facilities in or out of network - with or without referrals.

For health benefits and health insurance plans that require PCP selection, employees can choose to:

self-refer and go directly to doctors and specialists, or
coordinate care through their PCP who can refer them to specialists and other care.
