Transplant Support

Our Institutes of Excellence^TM network helps members facing a transplant or other major procedure. They get access to facilities with a record of successful treatment. We also have a dedicated claims and member services staff. They can help members get special support for their unique needs. 

The Institutes of Excellence network is part of our National Medical Excellence Program. The program has a full-time medical director and registered nurse case managers. They provide valuable support to members in special and complex situations. Members get:

• Support through every phase of the transplant process
• Help finding appropriate emergency care when traveling abroad 
• Information regarding rare diagnoses that need special treatment
