And they’re good for your employees, who get:
Options to meet your needs
Four Health Expense products to suit your company and your employees:
HRA - Aetna HealthFund Health Reimbursement Arrangement
Employees use a fund to pay for eligible health care costs. The employer establishes a fund that employees can use to pay for deductibles, coinsurance and other covered health care costs under their plan. Unused money can usually be rolled over and used in the next plan year.
HSA - Aetna HealthFund Health Savings Account
Integrates a high-deductible health plan with a health savings account the employer and/or employee can contribute to the HSA. Employees use the account to pay qualified medical costs, or save it for future expenses. Contributions are tax advantaged. Earnings and distributions for qualified medical expenses are tax free.
FSA - Aetna HealthFund Flexible Spending Account
Lets your employees put some of their salary, before taxes, into a flexible spending account. They reimburse themselves from the FSA for eligible expenses they’ve paid.
RRA - Aetna HealthFund Retirement Reimbursement Arrangement
A type of HRA with a fund, which you provide, available to employees when they retire.
