HARTFORD, Conn., December 27, 2007 — Aetna’s (NYSE: ΑET) annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Friday, May 30, 2008. The annual meeting will be held at The Peninsula Chicago Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting will be the close of business on March 28, 2008.
