Aetna U.S. Healthcare And Holy Spirit Hospital Sign Multiyear Agreement
HARTFORD, Conn., January 6, 1999 — (NYSE: ΑET) Aetna U.S. Healthcare and Holy Spirit Hospital recently renewed their relationship with the signing of a multi-year agreement. The agreement, effective immediately, enables Aetna U.S. Healthcare’s managed care members to continue accessing both inpatient and outpatient services through Holy Spirit Hospital.
Located in Camp Hill, PA, Holy Spirit is a community hospital providing quality healthcare services to residents of Cumberland, Perry, York and Dauphin Counties. The hospital offers a full range of services including acute inpatient and outpatient services, emergency and urgent care, laparoscopic surgery, obstetrics and cardiac therapy. Holy Spirit Health System also has nine primary care offices located throughout the greater Harrisburg region which offer family practice, pediatric and ob/gyn services.
