How to Access Your Personalized Website Today

1. Click on "Register Now" from the Aetna.com member home page or from here.
2. Enter information to verify that you are an Aetna member.
3. Select a user name.
4. Select a password and security phrase in case you forget your password.
5. Once you complete this process, you can log in and begin using Aetna Navigator immediately. Aetna Navigator will send you a confirmation postcard via U.S. mail.

If You Need Assistance
If you forget your user name or password, you can select "Forgot User Name" or "Forgot Password" in the Log In box for instant assistance.

If you select Forgot User Name: You complete a form that has the information you gave when you first registered on Aetna Navigator. If it matches, you see your user name displayed. Remember to give the same information you gave us originally. For example, if you enter a nickname such as "Bob" instead of "Robert," the system will not recognize you.

If you select Forgot Password: The system asks for the answer to the security question you provided when you first registered, such as "What is your favorite pet's name?" If you provide the correct answer, you are able to select and confirm a new password.

Contact Us
You can contact us by sending a secure e-mail (encrypted for security) from Aetna Navigator. For registered members, Aetna Navigator automatically fills in sections of the email form. And, you can send a secure e-mail to Aetna Member Services directly from the Claim Details page, which prefills information about a specific claim. The Contact Us feature also gives you claim mailing addresses and telephone numbers. You can also call Aetna Member Services using the toll-free telephone number on your member ID card.
