Say goodbye to paper claims forms. Sign up for the health care FSA streamline feature from Aetna. Streamlining automatically moves an eligible medical, dental or pharmacy claim to the Aetna's FSA system. There is no need to submit an FSA claim form. Please refer to your employer's Summary Plan Description to determine if this is an available benefit under your employer's plan. In case of a conflict between your plan documents and the information in this website, the plan documents will govern.
