• Just show your Aetna ID card when you pick up your prescription.
• The claim is processed as soon as it's received. Your copay is drawn directly from your health care flexible spending account (FSA) balance and paid to the pharmacy.
• You pay nothing out-of-pocket at the pharmacy. Aetna AutoDebit is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
