Aetna Customer Service Representatives can answer general questions, address concerns, assist in the selection of a new provider, arrange for new ID cards and provide instructions if you have an emergency and your participating dentist is unavailable or you are out of the service area.
The Customer Service Department is available to assist you from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CT, Monday through Friday at 1-800-275-1794. Assistance is available in English and Spanish.
