Availability

Product availability varies by service area. For example:

  • Aetna Natural Products and ServicesSM and/or Aetna VisionSM discounts, as well as HearPO®, are not available to Illinois members and HMO members in California.
  • Discount Programs are not available to Illinois members.
  • EPO plans are not sold in Illinois and consumer-directed health plans, such as Aetna HealthFund® HSA and HRA plans, are not available to HMO members in Illinois.
  • HRA plans are not sold to small groups in Florida.

Product and program availability can also vary by funding arrangement.
