Director of Aetna or its predecessors since 1993 

Gerald Greenwald is a founding principal of the Greenbriar Equity Group (invests in the global transportation industry).  Mr. Greenwald retired in July 1999 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UAL Corporation and United Airlines (UAL), its principal subsidiary, having served in those positions since July 1994.  Mr. Greenwald held various executive positions with Chrysler Corporation (automotive manufacturer) from 1979 to 1990, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board from 1989 to May 1990 and as Chairman of Chrysler Motors from 1985 to 1988.  In 1990, Mr. Greenwald was selected to serve as Chief Executive Officer of United Employee Acquisition Corporation in connection with the proposed 1990 employee acquisition of UAL. From 1991 to 1992, he was a Managing Director of Dillon Read & Co., Inc. (investment banking) and, from 1992 to 1993, he was President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Olympia & York Developments Ltd. (Canadian real estate company).  Mr. Greenwald then served as Chairman and Managing Director of Tatra Truck Company (truck manufacturer in the Czech Republic) from 1993 to 1994.  He also is a trustee of the Aspen Institute and chair of the Infrastructure, Safety and Environment Advisory Council of The RAND Corporation.  Mr. Greenwald was named a 2011 Outstanding Director by the Outstanding Director Exchange.  Mr. Greenwald served as a director of Internet Brands, Inc. from September 1999 to May 2008 and Sentigen Holding Corporation from June 2001 to December 2006.
