Producer Responsibilities

You may want to create materials to advertise or market Aetna products you sell or service.

Please note that all materials that describe Aetna products, services and/or rates need our written approval before you use them.

The above applies to print, online and electronic pieces. You must send all pieces you create to our regional compliance officer and/or the Medicare compliance department, where applicable.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• Promotional and descriptive material
• Internet copy, design and electronic transmissions representing Aetna products, brochures and phone directory advertisements
• General agent carrier listings
• Text that is scanned, "cut and pasted," or otherwise copied from existing Aetna materials.

If you do not comply with these rules, we may be forced to terminate your producer agreement right away.
