Simplified claims process

  • We handle evidence of insurability (EOI).
  • Original death certificates are not required.
  • We provide a dedicated marketing consultant to support enrollment.
  • We can manage the beneficiary process.
  • Our self-service website offers tools and information.

Third-party administrators (TPAs)**

We establish relationships with TPAs to provide:

  • Data entry and distribution
  • Call center support
  • Online tools such as enrollment, self-service, billing, evidence of insurability (EOI), optional Beneficiary Management Services™ (BMS), bill presentment, payment and reconciliation

Billing options

  • Paper or electronic billing
  • Immediate electronic payment
  • One-time delay (up to 10 days after due date)
  • Recurring electronic payment
