Better manage your blood sugar with our Blood Glucose Monitor program

If you have diabetes, it’s best to check your blood glucose levels regularly. If you can, try to use a blood glucose monitor and test strips that are preferred by your plan. This may save you money on test strips.

Aetna members can get a free blood glucose monitor from Abbott Diabetes Care or LifeScan.  The chart below shows which test strips are used with the free monitors.
