You can get your maintenance drugs shipped right to your home. Or anywhere else you choose. It’s easy with Aetna Rx Home Delivery*. It’s your convenient mail-order prescription service. And it’s included with your pharmacy benefits and insurance plan.

Mail-order pharmacy is for your maintenance prescriptions

These are the drugs you take regularly for chronic conditions. They could be for your arthritis, asthma, diabetes, heart or others.

Here’s how Aetna Rx Home Delivery makes your life easier

You can:

  • Save money: Depending on your plan, you can get up to a 90-day supply of medicine for less cost. Standard shipping is always free too.
  • Save time:  Re-order just once every three months — with no trips to the pharmacy. You can re-order by phone. Or use the handy order form.
  • Save worries: Your medicine is securely packed. Then it’s mailed quickly and securely to you. Registered pharmacists check all orders for accuracy. And if you have an emergency, you can call them anytime.

It’s easy to set up mail-order delivery

First:

  • Get a prescription for a 30-day supply of your maintenance drug.
  • Fill it at your local pharmacy.

After that:

  • Get a prescription from your doctor for a 90-day supply of your maintenance
    drug(s). Here’s a sample 90-day prescription  (PDF, 51 KB).
  • Complete an order form.
  • Mail the form to the address listed, along with your prescription and payment. Or your doctor can fax us your prescription and order form.
