- What is EZenroll®?
EZenroll is an online enrollment application which allows users to enroll in Aetna's health coverages. If you are an Employer and are interested in using EZenroll as the tool to enroll your employees, please contact your Aetna account representative. If you are an employee and are interested in EZenroll, please share this with your Employer.
- How do I find out what my EZenroll ID and password are?
If your employer has elected to use EZenroll, your benefits office should be able to supply you with your ID and password.
- How do I get additional information about my plan or benefits?
Please check your plan documents first. If the answer is not there, your employer's benefits office may be able to assist you. Otherwise, please ask your benefits office for the toll-free number of the Aetna Member Services team assigned to them. (If you already are a member, the Member Services phone number will be on your Member ID card.)
- How and when can I contact the health plan?
Please ask your benefits office for the toll-free number of the Aetna Member Services team assigned to them. (If you already are a member, the Member Services phone number will be on your Member ID card.) The best times to call are early morning or late afternoon Tuesday through Friday.
- When are my enrollment forms due?
Your employer's benefits office can answer this question.
- How can I find out if my current doctors are in my Aetna network?
Please use our online participating provider directory, DocFind®, to search for providers in your network. If you have questions on using DocFind, you may find answers in the DocFind Frequently Asked Questions.
- The information on DocFind and the hard copy directory are not the same. Which is correct?
The data on DocFind is refreshed three times per week and will always be more current then the hard copy directories.
- I have the Open Choice PPO product and can't find the Provider ID on DocFind or in the hard copy directory for my PCP choice?
It is not necessary to send us a PCP selection for the Open Choice PPO product.
- I can't find the Provider ID on DocFind or in the hard copy directory for my OB/GYN or Pharmacy selection.
It is not necessary to send us your OB/GYN or Pharmacy selection.
- Should I visit the PCP I want before I send you my selection?
It is important to let us know your PCP choice before visiting your new PCP.
- How often can I change benefit plans?
Members can change benefit plans during open enrollment. We will generally accept enrollments for eligible members within 31 days of their eligibility date due to the following events provided that documentation is submitted to us:
- A marriage or divorce of the employee
- The death of the employee's spouse or a dependent
- The birth, proposed adoption, or adoption of a child of the employee
- The termination or commencement of employment of the employee's spouse
- The switching from part-time to full-time employment status or from full-time to part-time status by the employee or employee's spouse
- The taking of an unpaid leave of absence by the employee or employee's spouse
- The significant change in health coverage of employee or spouse attributable to spouse's employment
