Free, online courses in cultural competency have been developed with your needs in mind.

The Quality Interactions^® course series is designed to help you:

• Bridge cultures
• Build stronger patient relationships
• Care more effectively for patients from ethnic and minority groups
• Work with your patients toward better health outcomes

You are eligible for these courses and can earn continuing medical education (CME) credits at no cost if you:

• Participate in the Aetna network or

• Quality Interactions for Health Care Employees (non-credit)
• Quality Interactions Introductory Course for Nurses (1.0 contact hour)
• Quality Interactions for Nurses & Case Managers (2.5 hours CE or CCM units)

Earn CME credits for completing the following courses. They're a great way for busy doctors like you to keep up with your professional development.

• Quality Interactions for Physicians (2.5 CME credits)
• Quality Interactions for Oncologists (2.5 CME credits)
• Refresher Course featuring Adolescent Health (1 CME credit)
