Streamline Streamlining automatically passes a medical, dental, pharmacy or vision claim processed by Aetna to your FSA, thereby eliminating the need for you to submit a manual claim form. How it works: You pay your copay or out-of-pocket expense directly to your Health Care provider, who in turn, will initiate the claim. We initiate direct deposit or send you a check from your FSA to reimburse you for your eligible, out-of-pocket expense. You do not have to complete any paperwork.

Direct Deposit Direct Deposit is fast, convenient and safe with one less trip to the bank. Instead of receiving a check, have your reimbursements deposited right into your bank account. Direct Deposit may be used for health care, dependent care and transportation reimbursements. To have your FSA reimbursements directly deposited to your bank account, contact your company’s plan administrator or simply log into Aetna Navigator.
