Aetna's research suggests that the most desirable incentives are ones that impact the user's health care spending or savings, such as premium reductions, money deposited into flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts, health savings accounts, etc. Other financial and health based incentives, such as health credit cards also work well.

Available to members (over age 18) who Complete a Health Assessment
Available to members (over age 18) who complete one of the online wellness programs, which help address common health/wellness topics such as:

Diet and nutrition
Stress management
Smoking Cessation
Insomnia
Depression
