Please check with the provider before scheduling your appointment or receiving services to confirm he or she is participating in Aetna's network
This site has been specially designed for participants in Aetna Signature Administrators and Aetna Dental Administrators Networks. You can use this site to easily locate participating network providers. If you are interested in a particular Aetna Signature Administrators and/or an Aetna Dental Administrators provider, you can view detailed information (i.e. hospital affiliation, medical school, dental school, languages spoken) about that provider by clicking on the Details button.
This site is specific to Aetna Signature Administrators and Aetna Dental Administrators; however, links from this site may direct you to the Aetna public site which would include information regarding other Aetna plans. Please note that if you no longer see the Aetna Signature Administrators & Aetna Dental Administrators DocFind wording in the blue bar near the top of the page, you have entered Aetna's public site.
Your ID Card provided by your benefits administrator will have an Aetna Signature Administrators Logo and/or Aetna Dental Administrators logo if you have access to these networks.
To begin a provider search, click on the Enter DocFind button below, and follow the screen prompts.
Please note: If your ID card has the "Wichita Preferred or Wesley Preferred" logo, the following Kansas facilities are not considered in-network: Via Christi Health, Kansas Surgery and Recovery Center, Kansas Medical Center, Kansas Heart Hospital, and Kansas Spine Hospital.

Searching DocFind for providers that participate in NAP will only show providers that participate in NAP through third party vendors of Aetna. Most Aetna directly contracted providers also participate in NAP, but their names will not show up on this search. You can check an individual provider's participation in NAP by searching for an individual provider in DocFind, and checking the participation status on the list of Aetna plans associated with that provider.

First, choose an Aetna plan to find providers that accept it
You could end up paying a lot more if you use a provider that does not accept your plan or does not provide the highest level of coverage under your plan. We advise calling all doctors before you see them to find out if they accept your plan.

NAP stands for National Advantage Program. Providers that are in NAP are not network providers and they are not paid at the Preferred Benefit level. You may get a discount if you use a NAP doctor. However, a discount cannot be guaranteed under the NAP for any particular claim.
That means you are likely to pay more for a NAP doctor than an Aetna in-network doctor. To pay less, use a doctor in the Aetna network. Please note that Aetna relies on third parties to report changes in provider participation in the NAP. So NAP provider information is updated much less frequently than is the case with Aetna networks. Always check with a NAP provider to confirm that they are current NAP program participants.
