  • Innovation Health members covered by individual plans will have access to contracted providers located in Northern VA. To see who's in our network in your area, check our online directory. Click Start a New Search and select a plan under "On Exchange Plans for Individuals, Families and Self Employed/POS" or "Off Exchange Plans for Individuals, Families and Self Employed/POS.
