Welcome to the TRS Care Network Participating Provider Directory
This custom site is specific for TRS-Care participants and provides information on Network participating healthcare providers in Texas and in the other 49 states outside of Texas. The Network applies to covered medical services provided within the State of Texas and the rest of the United States under all three plans offered under the TRS-Care program: TRS-Care 1, 2, and 3.
If you are under age 65 and not otherwise eligible for Medicare, it is to your advantage and in the best interest of the TRS-Care Fund to use hospitals and physicians who are participating Network providers. It is not necessary for TRS-Care participants age 65 and over to use Network participating Physicians/Providers. Participants age 65 and over will have claims considered based on Medicare payments and adjustments. It is to the advantage of participants who are not enrolled in Medicare Part A or who have exhausted Medicare Part A inpatient benefits to use Network hospitals.
Participating providers may offer services that are not covered by your TRS-Care plan. Please refer to the TRS-Care Booklet. Call 800-367-3636 if you have questions about participating providers or benefits.
The facilities, physicians and other healthcare providers listed in this directory are not agents or employees of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas or Aetna. They are independent contractors.
