This site, the State of Ohio DocFind web site, has been specially designed for use by employees of the State of Ohio. It provides quick and easy access to the health care providers included in the Aetna Open Access HMO medical plan for State of Ohio employees. You should use this site (rather than Aetna's public site) when looking for Aetna hospitals, physicians and other health care professionals in your area.
The Open Access HMO plan does not require that you select a Primary Care Physician (PCP), but we do recommend that you select one. The site you are about to enter allows you to search for a Primary Care Physician included in Aetna's Open Access HMO plan.
If you choose to designate a Primary Care Physician, each family member can have a different PCP. The PCP number is called the Primary Office # and is 6 digits long. As you look through the site and find a PCP for each family member, write down the Primary Office #. You will want to enter this number when you are enrolling for your benefits.
Because your Mental Health/Substance Abuse, Vision and Dental benefits are not administered by Aetna, these providers are not included in this specially designed DocFind site. If you need to find providers included in those benefit plans, please visit their web sites or contact their member services departments.

Notice of the change shall be provided in accordance with applicable state law.
